I am a scholar/practitioner, which means I divide my time professionally between academia and industry. I teach business courses at the college level and I run a small consulting/coaching practice.
Services
This is a small firm, and I provide many of the basic services directly. When needed, I pull together teams of various sizes of consultants and/or coaches with skill sets matched to the project. Regardless of the scope of the project, a primary goal is for the knowledge to remain with the client, the team or organization.
